Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade to Pro or downgrade to Basic at any time. When upgrading, your 14-day trial starts immediately. When downgrading, you keep Pro features until the end of your billing cycle.
Is the Basic plan really free forever?
Yes. There are no monthly fees, no setup costs, and no hidden charges on the Basic plan. You only pay the per-transaction fee when you make a sale.
What payment methods do you support?
All plans include Stripe-powered checkout supporting Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Your customers get a fast, secure checkout experience.
How do payouts work?
After a sale, funds are deposited to your connected Stripe account. Standard payouts arrive in 2-3 business days. Pro sellers get priority processing for faster access to funds.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Basic plan is completely free and does not require a credit card. You only need a Stripe account to receive payments when you make your first sale.
What happens after the Pro trial ends?
After your 14-day free trial, you'll be billed $19/month. If you decide Pro isn't for you, simply downgrade before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
